GÖMBÖC is a tiny little Italian fast food restaurant in the heart of Budapest. Mainly they serve arancini, which is traditional Italian food, it is a stuffed rice ball coated with bread crumbs and then as a final accord deep-fried, to make it crunchy. It is usually filled with ragout (meat and tomato sauce), mozzarella, and peas. The name, which is translated as “little orange”, derives from their shape and colour, which is reminiscent of orange after cooking.
